"Walked in, said hello. A girl sitting behind the till with a laptop on her lap, leaning bent knees on the counter. Totally ignored me, except for a murmur. Waited for a minute, never looked up, so I walked straight out. What a joke! As cold as Sweden :)"

"The BEST coffee in Surbiton. I would even say it's one of the best places for coffee in London and I have tried a lot of coffee! It's consistently good too which is a good thing considering I have served by a few different people, milk not burnt, not too hot etc. The cinnamon buns are really good and I like how they have a good range of Swedish delicacies - not that I have tried many of them as I keep on going back for those damn cinnamon buns...."

"Really cute little café tucked inside Surbiton station, its quality is higher than the nearby Caffe Nero. The pastries look delectable and the coffee tastes great. They even offer matcha lattes! Service was fantastic. After I'd been served, several people came in and requested specific drinks which the barista delivered efficiently; when asked about the coffee, he was able to answer everyone's questions."
