Originally they were closing at 7pm we arrived at 6:50pm and they was so helpful to help advise on colours and styles from dresses, jackets shoes and accessories we was not rushed and both girls could not have been more genuinely interested in helping us. “Edward James in Battersea offer a high quality service. The salon is situated amidst restaurants, pubs and Supermarkets on a main road, so is easily accessible. It is well presented and it is obvious that a lot of effort has been made to make the place look fancy and attract clientele of all ages. They also offer a number of hair products to those that maybe interested. The staff are exceptionally friendly from the time a customer walks in, regardless of how busy they are. They ensure that each customer is given full attention and care and this is obvious from the complimentary drinks and head and shoulder massages. My stylist Hayley, has been my stylist for approximately two years and has always done a great job. She is extremely friendly and professional and it's obvious that she has plenty of experience under her belt. She has never disappointed and gives her work her 100 percent as she ensures my hair look a lot better from when I first walked in. Her service is quite therapeutic and sometimes this is what is needed after a long day. I recommend her services to all.”

“I have had the best jewellery purchasing experience ever with Frosts. The item I ordered was out of stock , Louis sourced one had it in stock within a week and managed to still meet my deadline. He was without a doubt brilliant to deal with. The bangle was beautifully wrapped and came with a wonderful keepsake gift card which we will always treasure. I will undoubtedly return to Louis and Frosts whenever I am in the market for a new trinket or two. I cannot recommend Frosts and Louis highly enough.”

“Purchased a Ceiling Pull Cord Switch 2way in Polished Chrome. A&H Brass dispatched the item promptly, it was received in good condition and well packaged. Slightly disappointed with the item though as it turned out to be plastic (which wasn't stated in the spec) with a chrome-plated brass price tag. I would have happily paid for brass with chrome plating as I was looking for a quality item - hence the reason I chose to purchase from A&H Brass! In the end I swapped out the small bell-shaped pullcord handle for a solid brass, chrome plated handle, so only time will tell if the ceiling rose keeps its finish in a humid bathroom.”

“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”

“Did eyelash extensions and ombré nail couple of weeks ago, the eyelash stays well and looks quite natural which was desired, saved me a lot time on morning makeup. Beauty specialist named ‘ Apple’ was very nice, I walked in on the day when they almost finished work, but explained that I was about to go on holiday so desperately to get eyelash and nails done. She was so kind to work overtime and was very patient, didn’t rush the job but did with intensively to details. The nails still smooth and shine and the eyelash stays well too although I didn’t pay extra care about it. The price was reasonable too, she charged me at normal fees despite I was offering to pay extra for her overtime work. Definitely will visit again. 5 starts services to Apple”
