“Comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet with (width-restricted) opening window. I have stayed here four times in last 3 months, and have another booking upcoming. Room is well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and large work area with plenty of power points and USB plug sockets around the room. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, but does not supply decaffeinated coffee in the room (but it is available from reception free of charge). The shower works well, but is over the bath requiring a significant step up (although rooms with accessible facilities are possible). Hotel is in a quiet location on the edge of town. Breakfasts are good value, but dining area can be very busy and many children WILL be present (hotel is convenient for Harry Potter tour). There is currently no food or bar service in the evenings but there are pubs and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The staff are both friendly and accommodating. My only issues are that a non-slip mat is not provided for the bath, and decaffeinated coffee is not in the room, requiring a trip down to reception, but these are minor inconveniences.”

“Me and my family stayed in Flat 34 for the weekend, location is excellent and a great base to visit London. The high street is a 5 minute walk away, you can easily get all your supplies here. The rail station is a easy flat 15 minute stroll away, we went to support our team at Wembley and the whole weekend was brilliant. Thank you Tope and your team for a trouble free weekend.The secure parking also gave us piece of mind. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, a home from home. Even the fridge had milk, apple juice, orange juice and bottles of water. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.”

“We just returned from a 5 night stay here and it was great. Easy commute into London to visit all the tourist attractions on a daily basis. Very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need including secure off street parking. “After being let down by another local hotel, Ricky Road literally came to our rescue! We were travelling up to the Harry Potter Studios with my young daughter. They went above and beyond for us and upgraded us to the Harry Potter suite to enhance my daughter's experience! Peter was a great host and I couldn't recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly helpful with information on the area. We had a 2bedroom apt. It was lovely and big with all of the necessary accessories for a self catering stay.”

We already knew that Alexandra road was a nice quiet road near Watford junction and Watford town centre, so had no reservations before renting it. It was a stylish and well looked after flat, with an excellent and timely communication from the service company. We have no reservations to recommend both for either short or long term stays.”
