“We stumbled upon Nova kitchens when we were looking for suppliers of Dekton, a material we were considering for our kitchen.  Having read some great reviews, we felt they would be a good place to look at samples.  When we came in and met with Steve and then Vanda, it was the beginning of an incredible partnership.  Vanda created a design that was the kitchen of our dreams.  Her design ideas were spectacular and she really listened to what we wanted.  Then the build crew, led by project manager Hassan and installer Gavin were absolute craftsmen in every detail.  The project started 4 weeks before Christmas.  The team worked very efficiently and due to their hard work and dedication (including working on some Saturdays), we had a beautiful new kitchen on Christmas Day.  We LOVE our kitchen and utility room and the space is now perfect for all our family cooking and gathering.  We would recommend Nova Kitchens to anyone who wants a kitchen that is custom designed to meet your individual needs and made with love, care, and the greatest attention to detail.”

“This company is simply amazing. We had a really complex kitchen project and had been to six kitchen companies and their corresponding designers to get a design done (some cheaper, some significantly more expensive than Interior Design Concepts). Our impression was always the same: their input was limited and, as we learn about kitchen constraints, they always had mistakes in the design that if we hadn’t notice it would have been a disaster. With Lily (IDC designer) everything was different. She started asking for “hard constraints” (ie budget amongst other things) and unlike others who would push that in the end, Lily didn’t. She worked with that and spent enormous amounts of time looking at alternatives that would create a beautiful but full of functionality design whilst still keeping the constraints. But it didn’t finish there. When it came to installing the kitchen she followed everything from beginning to end. I lost count of how many times she came to the house to check. By the way, the installer she sent, Mario, was excellent too. At some point they even realised our builder had made two obvious mistakes with the electrics (something the builder rather than them should have known!). It was too late to correct them but she was the one who came up with alternatives that would anyway make the whole project work. Anyway, as a final word: Lily is amazing, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen (that was worth waiting for) and she took away from me enormous amounts of headaches. 10 out of 10”

From start to finish the service from the designers, delivery and fitters was both friendly and exemplary. As to the quality of the Schmidt cabinets, worktops and appliances that were installed what can you say other than wow? There are very few businesses 'that I can recommend unreservedly to my friends and family. Schmidt kitchens Palmers Green is one of the few.”

“Ashraf and his team are professional from start to finish with the kitchen design and installation. His advice has been invaluable when to it comes to kitchen practicality. We had our kitchen installed 4 years ago and its still looks amazing today. His advice to use drawers rather than cupboards is one example of his professional advice given. It was the best decision ever made! His customer service is excellent and anytime we had questions or queries even after installation he answered them. Andrew's attention to detail is excellent. It works brilliantly, looks terrific and is very high quality (even though we didn't go for the highest quality materials on offer). Magda and Mo were wonderful throughout the whole process from the initial consultation, design, delivery and fitting. They were incredibly responsive and worked hard to deliver what we wanted within our budget. “I walk pass this shop often and manage to shop in twice, the staff is lovely, I have to admit I was expecting them to be snobs but they are just nice. The shoes are, pricey, the design is amazing, they have some plain shoes too, but I do not see the point to buy those there. I already wear both pairs of shoes, dance in it, walk in it, stand in it, and they are, incredible comfortable for high hills!”

“I purchased bedroom furniture on a Wednesday afternoon (I'd originally seen the furniture I wanted on a different site but found it cheaper here when I did a google search which is how I found them), and it had arrived and been built before lunchtime on the Thursday. The staff I dealt with on the phone were really helpful, and the delivery men who built the furniture were prompt, efficient, tidy and polite. They both wore masks to without my asking them to. “Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!).
