“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. “I travelled to Ladakh with Indus Experiences, and the trip included a multi-day hike in the Hemis National Park. We had an excellent local trekking guide, and the porters were fantastic. They brought everything we could possible need, and cooked some wonderful meals. The route we chose was tough, but the scenery was exceptionally beautiful and we had a real sense of achievement at the end. The accommodation was good, the transfers arrived on time, and the drivers were friendly and competent. The tour was competitively priced.”

The only down side is they close their kitchen at 4.30 , which is quite disappointing. This place closes at 5 pm. And you can click lovely pics to post on your Instagram account.”

Food does take a little while to come and we did have to call the waiters a few times to be able to order food but wouldn't rate the place any less because of that. “Just returned from a trip to Maderia with Red Tours. I have to say they were excellent. From the driver of our coach to the tour guide and tour director, they all were very good at their jobs. The tour guide had information about Maderia on the tips of his fingers and was able to answer any questions thrown at him. The iternery was good and we saw all the main points. The staff were all polite, helpful and very friendly. Had a great time. And yes, will certainly travel with them again.”

The whole tour was very meticulously planned, punctuality was maintained, hotel accommodation as well as food was very good. The tour incharge was very well informed, caring, very nice person and respectable. Fellow tourists, though most of them were locals, were also very nice and cooperative.
