“Our family doctors. I find the reception staff very approachable and helpful. I fully understand they have to ask what an appointment is for as they need to ensure correct medical personnel sees the patient, I have never found their questions invasive. The GPs are also very good, even opened up early to see me one afternoon because they were concerned about my post covid symptoms after a telephone consultation. I have only one issue with the surgery, the automatic doors are too near the reception desks and have a habit of opening far too frequently allowing the sound of the busy road to make it difficult to hear the receptionist. It must also be very draughty for the reception staff! This surgery also has a very good relationship with the pharmacy opposite which means getting medication and acting on pharmacist medical advice is seamless.”

Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. “This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! But Joanne and the other receptionist will always go the extra mile to accommodate me. I really can't thank them enough. The lady dentist who treats me is also brilliant. Her name is Dr Hajra Bhikha ,and she will always take the time to explain to me what she will be doing as she works her way through the procedure. All in all , an excellent dental practice.
