“I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. Oliver was very approachable and friendly, I was on my way to the Beach and I stopped to buy a few things. Oliver was so nice and with a big smile he even told me to have a great day at the beach. “Such friendly staff, anyone that saw me asked if I needed help. The music was pumping it felt like a party. The centre closed at 5pm but there was loads of customers inside and no one pressured to hurry up and leave or stand by the door hinting it's time to close as you do find in most shops. The staff were happy for me to wonder around and asked if I needed anything and answered a couple of my query. One guy even offered to help place an order for me to collect despite it being so late.
