Willpower Therapy
● Open“I have experienced hypnosis therapy before… I know feeling comfortable and trust is KEY to a good session. Will immediately put all anxiety at rest with a nice meet-n-greet before we got started. Then 10, 9, 8,…… off we went down the rabbit hole of discovery of reaching nuggets of knowledge that were locked away in the crevices of past lifetimes. The visions were accompanied with downloads of information with details presently playing out in my life so I won’t reveal the secrets but if you ever get a chance to book a session with Will, I personally recommend him as a mentor, coach & therapist. Inspiring Minds Therapy
● Open“I came to Marilena after I started to get anxiety and panic attacks when I started my menopause. The compassion and excellent advice she has both shown and given me has been amazing. After a short time with her, we have worked on strategies to help me and I am beginning to feel more like me again. I no longer have the feeling of helplessness the attacks gave me and know that, whilst I may never be completely over them, I now have strategies in place that will help me through them should they occur again. I cannot recommend her enough!!!”

Beverley Ezekiel Counselling & Couple Therapy
● Closed“To date, Beverley has supported my husband and I at 2 key life junctures; when our first child was 9 months old and the a couple years later when we had our second child. Both my husband and I felt very comfortable discussing topics with Beverley; she is kind, fair, and gave us practical advice we could try at home. We particularly appreciated that the second time round we did not need to run through our background again. Our relationship is better of for having seen Beverley and we would highly recommend her!”

South West London Counselling and Psychotherapy
● OpenWoodlawn Road, London SW6 4LW, United Kingdom“Vicky Sinclair changed my life. I went to therapy to manage anxiety around returning to a leadership position at work as a new mom, and I could've stopped there, but I went further and in the process, embarked on a much bigger internal journey of self discovery, childhood, loss, trauma, boundaries, compassion, acceptance, etc. that ended with having a new approach to life (including work), closure on the past, greater confidence, and a much more positive way of thinking and seeing the world. I strongly recommend Vicky to anyone considering therapy (small/specific or big/broad). She's a modern, inspirational, candid therapist with a lot of experience, insight, knowledge and compassion. You need to do the self-work and be open to the journey, but I can't think of a better guide who can have a positive, long lasting impact on your life. I am eternally grateful to her. I also wish I went to therapy sooner because there are so many studies and learnings about the human brain and way we evolved/think/react/process events/etc., it's crazy it doesn't form part of our basic education. We could all lead much more fulfilling lives if we knew we weren't alone in our thoughts/experiences, educated ourselves, found the roots of our challenges, and were aware of the tools at our disposal.”

Hoxton Therapy
● Open“I was able to get an appointment for counselling within a a few days of calling save therapy went to see Claire. The environment waas modern and comfortable and the counsellor had plenty of time to see me, sometimes we could run over. I had some very difficult issues from childhood to deal with and Claire has been such a great help for me, she helpeed me understand that what I was "presenting with" was trauma, funny I never thought this was trauma, its interesting all these things that we hear about we never think that they are could be happening to us and it can be a shock. The trauma from from childhood was actually from emotional abuse, I had always grown up thinking about these issues that had happened in my life were my fault seeing Claire helped me learn that alot of the things that I thought were my fault were not and actually a product of my childhood. It’s been quite a journey going through it all, but after going to therapy I understand what happened to me so much more now, and can self accept more so now. It was hard making the first visit but once you et used to a therapist it's much easier going through therapy”
