He dealt with my family's request promptly and efficiently. I will be returning there with my partner in the future. The building was excellent and clean. Staff all friendly, polite and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this excellent establishment.”

After a bad experience at a different clinic a few years ago leading to recurring tooth and jaw pain, I was slightly nervous. “First I was bit unsure about this online consultation service. I have booked this for my mother who came from abroad. We booked it in Webber Pharmacy Harrow. The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time. Thank you.”

“It is not the practice’s fault that it is understaffed and trying to cope with a large capacity of patients. The system in place is the very best that can be offered at this time. Like most patients, I have to fill out submission forms and wait quite a while if I call but there has not been a single time my request hasn’t been met within the time frame promised. I know sometimes mistakes are made, but that happens to all of us. The staff and very helpful and polite. And if, in the past, there have been any problems, the practice has dealt with this swiftly. “I took my brother here 3 weeks ago appointment at his doctors wasn’t for another week soon as we got there waited 10 minutes saw the nurse. She was brilliant after straight in to see the doctor made a diagnose that my brother had pneumonia needed to go to the Darenth hospital asap . My brother had pneumonia sepsis had to go on oxygen with low blood pressure if it wasn’t for erith clinic my brother wouldn’t have survived a week, to see his own doctor Big thank you to the staff well done and to the receptionist”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”
