"Had to attend A&E and was very impressed by and grateful for excellent care and service I received. It was obvious that the dept was short staffed and the wait was long but everybody was polite, thorough and professional. I watched the security guards in action and again they were polite even when faced with aggression. Well done all NHS staff, keep up the good work."
