“Visited gym as a pay as you go visitor. Great value for money. Some decent equipment, not busy when I went that you had to q. Enough free weights for non athlete's and serious weight lifters. No sauna, but reflected in price. Not a swimmer, but the pool looks great and is heated. They have spin classes etc here, so a bit of something for everyone but the most serious/committed gym goer.”

Sam, Laura and Chris were great, they kept the children in check and focused so they could get the most from the course with lots of laughter. I'd recommend the firepits for after which was nice for the children to have a debrief and pizza round a cozy fire...just excellent!!”
