The combination of hypnotherapy over the first few weeks to help to calm down with the following mindfulness training has been life changing - it's very much a case of having to put the work in, but despite having only just finished the course I can clearly notice the difference between weeks where I keep up with the practice and ones where I'm more lax. My 13 year old son happily goes every week and spends 3 hours (3 50 minute sessions with breaks) at Arts Ed on a Saturday morning with a dance, an acting, and a singing session.
