“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

“This hotel delivers the Premier Inn promise with relish. A warm welcome from the check-in team was the start of a great stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location if connecting overnight through Terminal 5. Bus 8 from Heathrow stops near the hotel's entrance.”

“This was the 1st time we used Willows Cattery for my Bengal cat Tommy and l am very pleased to say that Natalie and Ian have both been amazing with a 5 * service....amazing and Tommy came back happy and stress free. “Easy to book and update. Alerts sent in advance of trip. SMS and email alert nearing your arrival. The driver is super attentive - even calls and SMS beforehand. Comfortable, hassle-free, and safe journey to hotel. Why bother figuring out where you need to go with public transport or wait endlessly at cab queues that may not be the most reliable. My 1st time using and I would use them again for future trips.”

“A great place for your beloved pet to stay while you are away, and want your pet groomed too. The couple that run it know a lot about dogs, they look after them very well, exercise them and feed them, and have a lovely home and huge garden, my dog loves her time there. I can recommend this place for day care and grooming.”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”

“Lovely atmosphere, great food, staff friendly and welcoming, we came in a group of 5 with an elderly family member (don’t tell her I said that) and a very well behaved dog for lunch, we were accommodated with suitable seating with no fuss. Food was excellent. Booking system was easy and useful to have a note section to declare any extra requirements. Would 100% recommend, will be returning regularly.”

“Would definitely say here again the location is fantastic stone's throw away from the River Thames a great pub over the road (The Swan) which is right on the Thames Rooms are great for what we needed, would probably sort the shower head out because we turned it on and it flooded the bathroom because it sprayed everywhere. Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.”

“We’ve been very impressed right from our first contact with Home from Home. Martin and Emily were very responsive and thorough when dealing with our registration and first booking. They were able to find a carer who’s experienced with our breed, which was very important to us. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful carer! She sent us regular ‘pupdates’ and we were able to enjoy our break safe in the knowledge that our dog was having a lovely holiday too! We won’t hesitate to use the service again - very highly recommended!”
