They made the birthday girls feel really special, and I was really impressed how they learnt each child's name. I would definitely return for a class or party for my daughter.”

“Myself and my kids have Faye as our dentist and I honestly cannot rate her highly enough! (aswell as Val and another lovely nurse who has worked with Faye a few times recently). From the moment I get in there I always feel so at ease (Which isn't very common for me in most public places). I have had a lot of treatment done with my teeth over the years and each time Faye has been beyond fantastic, Caring and gentle, she is also absolutely amazing with my children who enjoy going there. Occasionally It's not the easiest to get an urgent appointment at very short notice if you need one, as sometimes for unforeseen circumstances they are short on dentists working that day, which is understandable, however they do try their best to help! Everyone at this practise is so welcoming and lovely (especially Faye), I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“Our dog was groomed at Grooming tails today, he a 2years 4 months old border collie and has never been groomed before. I was a little nervous leavings him there, Reggie is not always happy being left or mixing with other dogs. Immediately Lidia put Reggie at ease, he was happy to wonder off into the garden with Lidia. 2 hours later I collected him, wow what a difference, Reggie looked beautiful. Really pleased with the service, thank you- Groomibgtails ladies!”

“This is possibly the best park in Greater London - great for dogs and active kids. Lots of wide open green space, woodland copses, tree-lined avenues, a small formal garden, a lake with ducks and geese, and the River Wandle flowing through (shallow enough for even small children to have safe fun). There's also a children's playground and cafe. It's everything I want from a park.”

“My daughter has thrived at BC Preschool, I can honestly say that I have complete peace of mind when I know she is there. The teachers are tentative, kind and considerate and acknowledge every child the same. No child gets overlooked. The activities that are set are engaging and carefully thought out, in addition to this, communications are sent back to parents to help continue the activity for the week at home. The newsletters are very informative and help guide me on how best to help my child thrive. Observations are shared with parents through an online tool which you as a parent can also update with activities we do outside of nursery and they are acknowledged and commented on which is refreshing. The communication overall, even on a daily basis is second to none and the teachers are very skilled at managing and helping them through the settling in phase or days where they are a little more sensitive. It is also nice that they do their best to ease any worry of the parent as they leave. The environment feels safe and the ratio of carers to children is well balanced. Some lovely little excursions are arranged and parents can join on occasion to help out. Great place to prepare a child for the bigger schools as everything that is planned is prepared with this in the mind to make it an easier transition. Big thanks from as always.”
