“After driving from Spain to Chester in 30 hours, I had lower back pain which would not go away. I tried everything from stretching to foam rolling to try and release it however I had no luck. I decided to go and see Adrian in the Chester clinic and he was fantastic. He was able to use a number of methods to release the tension and put me back together again. He was very professional and extremely helpful with the information he was able to provide me to help release lower back pain. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.”
