I struggled with the pants but the staff member Cameron was really helpful he must have helped me for more than 40mins, he was in the back in the cupboards and even tried to get more sizes from another store for me. “Brought my dad to Suit Direct to kit him out a suit for Chester Races. Found a top quality suit but needed some help with the sizing. We got some help from Harry who was brilliant. My dad thought he was a 30 waist but Harry kindly suggested a 32. Harry was right (much to my dads reluctance to admit it!). Recommended a great tie as well. The guys here really know what they’re doing. Excellent customer service in retail is rare these days so it was so pleasant to have a genuinely great experience shopping here.”

The staff were friendly and helpful and explained how best to get the most discount on what I wanted to buy so I’m pleased with my experience.
