“I really don't trust main dealers as I have found that not only are their prices 'are off the wall' but I'd challenge that they are working with your best interests as a priority, I found MSC looking on line for a Merc specialist, so a couple of months ago I took my C Class coupe for a service, I dealt with Mark who came across as honest, knowledgeable & to me demonstrated quality customer service. So would I recommend? Without a doubt. “After a break down and recovery of a C4 Grand Picasso the fault was diagnosed by the breakdown service via a laptop as an injector fault that could cost up to £600. Fuel injection Services was recommended to me by an experienced car mechanic. Steve at Fuel Injection Services advised that he takes computer diagnostics with a pinch of salt and the he would do a full diagnostics. Left the car with him and was ready for collection the following day. Steve found the injectors working fine but fuel filter blocked which he changed. Cost a lot lot less than the £600. Fuel Injection Services are honest, do a proper job and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Cannot speak too highly of this firm. Had a 9 years old Panasonic TV model No. TX-P46G20B which would not show picture even though the red light was on. The television also started making clicking noises every few minutes or so. Telephoned one TV engineer, who said that this was a common fault with Panasonic and that you could not get spare parts for it, he suggested that we get a new television. Before buying a new tv, decided to get a second opinion. Took it to Prescotts for them to have a look at it. They contacted me 3 hours later to say that the tv was fixed and ready for collection. All the tv needed was a factory re-set. The tv is now back home and working properly. Very helpful and honest family firm. Thank you for a job well done. John Troughton.”
