We explained what we were looking for and she showed us a number of beds to try pointing out the benefits of each one. We (a family of four) spent quite a while trying out different mattresses until we settled on the right one. Despite having two children trying to test every bed in the shop, Julie was friendly, patient, helpful and answered our questions. We took our time, there was no pressure and we never felt rushed. When it came to deciding which to buy, we were offered bundle deals and had all the options explained to us. Delivery (and optional assembly) was slick, efficient and good value. We have seen this shop in Little Sutton for years. We popped in really because we couldn't be bothered with the congestion of one of the local retail parks. If you need a bed, pop in here and have a look. The selection, value and service is far better than anything I've encountered from the national chains.”
