“Michelle is such a warm welcoming person. This is the fist time ever for me having a B12 injection and I was understandably a little anxious but all of that soon disappeared as soon as I met Michelle. Michelle also listens to your problems and seems genuinely interested and wants to help you get the best from your B12 jab, very informative I wasn’t expecting a great deal from the injection but because I’m so bloody curious I had to try it. I had a gastric band fitted over 5 years ago and really struggle to eat properly so I eat sliders ( food that dissolves fast like chocolate ) no red meat at all as I end up bringing it back up. Michelle was horrified to learn that my band provider and my own GP hard never warned me that I would need a B12 injection at all. Anyway I had the jab Tuesday evening and by Wednesday tea time I was messaging Michelle to thank her so much for the support and giving me the shot. “I had my rhinoplasty on the 20th of November with Dr Reddy and after taking my cast off today I couldn't wait to write a review! From the very first zoom consultation Dr Reddy was so accommodating and understanding about the issues I had with my nose whilst still being realistic throughout which I really really appreciated. The team were so helpful before surgery; answering any questions I had, changing dates for me, sending me everything I needed before the operation. On the day of surgery I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed thanks to Dr Reddy, all of the wonderful nurses and the anaesthetist team. Everyone checked up on me before my surgery to make sure I was happy, comfortable and not too nervous! The post-op care was wonderful and the nurses assured me that I could contact them any time of the day/night about any questions or concerns that I might have. It is unbelievable how easy the recovery process was for me - Dr Reddy and the nurses provided me a bag full of everything I needed to go home with - nasal spray, cream, antibiotics, painkillers, throat spray etc. etc. Taking the cast off today I was in complete shock at what a transformation it was - the results are better than I ever imagined!! Every issue I had with my nose before is now non-existent and I have been given my dream nose from every angle.
