“Lovely hotel, room was nice, clean and beds very comfy. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. Location is perfect, two minutes walk round the corner to the Cavern Club and all that Mathew Street has to offer. It's also only a shortish walk in the other direction to a number of shops and restaurants. We'll definitely stay again.”

“Fantastic venue with extremely good facilities. 2 championship snooker match tables 8 practice tables and a great set up for dart championships. It has plenty of space for spectators to watch all the action or watch one of the great tribute act's that they put on most weekends. the staff are friendly with a great bit of wit which will keep you entertained for hour's and the in house cafe/restaurant (Dickies) serves a great bit of food. I would highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area for a spot of breakfast/ lunch/dinner or a bit of light refreshment from the fully shocked bar Gets a full 5 star's from me”

“A really good facility. Lots of parking and very easy to find. The facilities for the players and the match officials are first class. The pitch is quite a large and the playing surface is excellent. The pub/restaurant adjacent to the ground serves excellent food and good quality beers. A really good football ground.”

“Great place to bring young kids. Entrance is 6.50 for over an hour of play. Food served and plenty of seating.”

“Lovely place, staff 100%. The only problem I have is, I ordered a taxi and they said 25 minutes so I ordered a pint. I'm not joking, the taxi was outside before I picked up my pint. Not the fault of the bar staff but Warrington is notorious for the worst taxi service in the UK.”

“Spent an afternoon in the Cavern Club which is easily done. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience as their was good music and the ambiance brill, the beers going down a treat. Great to go into and good photo opportunity’s to be had. Theirs various memorabilia of the Beatles to be seen in the club and photos etc. If your coming to Liverpool this is a must so make some time and pop in and enjoy.”

“Myself, my husband and a few friends booked a table for the opening night at the laffin lounge. We have been to many comedy clubs, and can honestly say this is the best one we’ve ever been to. The staff are warm and welcoming, the venue itself had a real classy feel about it, whereas most comedy clubs are not, it had a lovely vibe, fab selection of drinks and comfy seats!! The comedians were absolutely hilarious, and I loved the fab live singers. We have already booked for next Saturdays event, a meal and a great night, what’s not to love! This place is fab, book a ticket and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys :)”
