“Hillview Cat Lodge is an amazing cattery, it's always spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The care the cats get is second to none. As a regular visitor our cat, Bubbles, walks straight out of his carrier and is immediately settled and ready to enjoy his holiday. He goes straight to Sandra to say hello and get pets, which is such a testament to the love and care she gives each cat. We get regular picture updates during his stay of him enjoying his pod and the catio, and he always looks so happy and healthy (I've attached examples of just some of the picture's we've received). In addition, Bubbles is not an 'easy' cat and is on daily medication and a special diet, yet I have never felt worried leaving him in Sandra's care. On a few occasions he's even gone to her on extra medication and it's never been a problem. Sandra and Axel are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have always been so accommodating and understanding of changing and adjusting dates, and you couldn't find two nicer people to deal with. The only fault I could possibly find is that they don't take human guests (yet)!”

“My dog LOVES coming here! Paula, Fraser and all of the staff are so friendly, knowing all of the dogs on a first name basis. They also care. A LOT. It’s fantastic to hear how they went when you collect them, and if they’ve had a good day (especially when your dog is first settling in and can find it a bit daunting). We’ve been using them since they were the Urban Pup and our dog was just a puppy. I also love that they regularly upload pics on their social media sites of the dogs from each day and enjoy seeing their happy faces. I’ve heard from friends that the classes are incredibly helpful and well run, and am hoping to work one on one with them for some training in the future. They have a good range of food, treats and general dog toys and accessories in store too. It’s like heaven for dogs”

“Great boarding kennel for your furry friend. It's in a lovely area or in the country in Tuam. The owner Yolanda is friendly and very good to the animals. She takes dogs for a long nice walk every day. The kernels themselves are nice, tidy and clean.”
