We were disappointed to learn several things were closed and the gentleman who does the tours was on vacation, but a wonderful lady in the office, Rosemary, took time out of her day to walk us around for over an hour to show us the sights. “i get deliveries and they usually come cold or completely wrong but i’m giving it 5 stars because the lady that picks up when i complain about the order is always so nice and apologetic and it never takes more than 10 seconds on the phone for her to apologize and send the correct order my way. she’s literally lovely and it’s never her fault but she’s always so apologetic and it’s just really great customer service.”

“Last week I was greeted With a lovely warm welcome from the smiling receptionist as soon as I walked in. The clinic is very clean and bright and very easy to find, the other members of the team whom I briefly met were very welcoming. I had my teeth/ crowns cleaned by Rachael who is incredibly informative, knowledgeable and gentle. Rachael is very precise and adamant about flossing and shows you the right way to floss in depth. So if it’s just to get your natural teeth or your crowns/veneers cleaned, well rest assured your in good hands. Today I had a routine Dentist appointment with with Maria, she is brilliant and extremely passionate about her job. She is kind , caring and explains everything in detail in a very calm manner. Wanesa was my dental nurse, she is polite, caring and very mannerly.”
