I was attending my best friends funeral and flew into Waterford on my own the day before Christmas eve. I don't know if the staff were aware of the reason for my visit as my friends funeral had been in the news but I did not feel alone once I had arrived. I received so much compassion and care from the hotel. It really helped me get through my trip and do what I needed to do. I am forever grateful for the amazing people that are employed at the Tower Hotel.”
