“Bought most of our nursery items and travel system from Bellababy in Oranmore. Nuala and all the staff are so incredibly helpful and really knowledgeable about the best products, with some of the best costumer service I’ve experienced. My Mom, partner and I booked an appointment to pick up our stroller and Nuala gave us a demonstration on all the tips and tricks, it was such a lovely experience to share with mom. Would recommend this store and in particular Nuala’s expertise to anyone in the market for baby products. 5 star experience!!”

“Cheap and cheerful shop. Disabled persons be careful as lots of access trip hazards . Otherwise shop here a lot...... I have increased my rating as this store is much organized than before. The staff have been very helpful and offered to reach items for me ,answer my questions and took my purchases to the till (I am disabled). Keep up the good work. Most impressed this Christmas 2019.”

“Who doesn't love a Dunnes Stores bargain and today was no exception. I got 3 of these lovely, fluffy , cosy fleece WAS 15 euro and I got them for 5euro each ....that is 3 for the price of one!!! Happy Days”

“We are visiting Kilkenny for two weeks. Dunnes is a great store. Everything you need is here and they have great prices. It's a very large store where you can get clothing, household items, and groceries. We've been a couple of times and I'm sure we will return before we leave.”

“Lovely clean shop with a nice selection of fresh produce. The clothing and homeware sections are decent, but the range of sizes available can be limited at times. The shop is on one floor and easily accessible to all. The shop is located inside McDonagh Centre shopping centre, with underground parking.”

“I love this store. It's always well stocked, great bargains and the Management and staff are always so friendly. Customer service is always excellent and bad customer service is always something I detest having worked in the supermarket industry, many years ago myself. I'd love to see the homeware and clothes back in this store, it would be a huge asset to the town and the store has the space, it was such a shame to have lost that. I think I speak for many that would love to see it back in this store. People come from many places to shop here and there is lots of parking etc. They've done exceptional during the pandemic and it's very easy to social distance in the store. Well done and thanks.”

“My go-to grocery destination. They have a nice selection of bits here and their vegan section isn't too bad either. Could do with some more growth there. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy too. Their clothing selection isn't too bad either and not badly priced.”

Thank you!*** Positives: The staff are brilliant and helpful e.g. they help you make the most of vouchers, go find out prices for you, etc. The store is clean and easy enough to navigate. Good variety of produce and foods, like fresh sushi, rotisserie, fresh fish, Sheridans cheesemongers chutneys and cheeses, breads and pastries, etc. A useful place for gifting; there is a good selection of plants, flowers, cards, small homeware and seasonal items. The wine and spirits section is well organised and is well stocked. They also have a household products section that is pretty decent, complemented by a homeware and clothes section with a café on the first floor. Negatives: Variety of frozen vegetables was rather poor on the day. Not much commitment to sustainable packaging for own brand foodstuff (but lots of options to buy packaging free fresh produce. Used to stock solid shampoo (Garnier) but no longer do.”

“Took my "nearly" five year old granddaughter in today to buy her much needed school shoes and Christmas shoes. Met a lovely lady called Martina/ Tina. She was excellent. Took the time to talk to her, ask her name etc. Fitted her and guided her to picking the right shoes for her. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you Tina”
