“Like many others I am sure, I read the news article by Frank (I think it was late 2017) relating to people who worked in the UK and what this meant regarding their pension entitlements. His email and phone number were on the bottom of the article, so I contacted him to see if he would enquire as to my entitlements as I had been thinking about my retirement plans and what pension I would have. Frank made enquiries on my behalf as to my pension qualifying years and what this meant for me regarding my UK state pension entitlements. He gave me a detailed breakdown of my options and estimate of costs and benefits. The information took him time as he was reliant on a response from the UK solical welfare office who were under lots of pressure but he perseveried and I am very pleased with the result which will assit me planning for my retirement. Prior to reaching out to Frank, I had received several cold calls from pension companies based in Malta about my UK company pension entitlements and I was very aware that they only wanted to make money off investing my lump sum. I would be taking all the risk and they taking a percentage of my investment! So it was a nice experience to have Frank make these enquiries and give the options for me to choose in consultation with a financial adviser at a very affordable cost. I never had any concern about his motives or integrity and would have no hesitation recommending his service to others in my situation.”
