“Love it children do too. Why don't you have the animal welfare office carry food the children can give to the pets. They could be taught about the animals too it could be a small education project. But I've been going here for over 67 years love the fact they are maintaining it well but I do miss the paddling pool. My mother worked on the park in the last war she made camouflage nets upstairs in the provillian. There were tanks parked on the central lawn coved in the same nets. Have fun.”

“Not too far to the city. Great location. Biggest room I've ever stayed in and nice modern art on the walls. Bathroom sparkling clean. Bed was huge, although a little soft for me but that's just personal preference. Breakfast was of a good standard. Chef had no issue cooking me a fresh egg , instead of opting for the hot plate choice . The waitresses catered to our every whim, bringing fresh coffee and chai with a smile as we ate. Overall a great experience and will definitely return.”

“We have just spent a lovely weekend at the hotel while visiting family in the area. We were three adults and a dog using two rooms. The hotel is impeccable and the staff so friendly. The rooms are finished to a modern standard and spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed. It was such a bonus to have Bella Italia on site and we ate there Friday and Saturday night. Plus Starbucks coffee available to drink in or takeaway. The breakfast had so much choice including gluten free options and even make your own pancakes!! We didn't use the gym but we made use of the electric car chargers. The location is also really good with Knighton Park only 2 minutes walk away. Perfect for walking the dog. We will definitely return. Thank you for a memorable stay.”

Housekeeping was spot on and the food was lovely. With the great food and relaxed vibe, we changed our plans of dining out and only dined in the hotel throughout our stay. “Stayed here overnight with my wife and 2 children after visiting the National Space Centre. Check in was easy and the chocolate bars for my children were a nice touch. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The family room was clean and spacious. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast the next morning, both were very enjoyable. My son has food allergies and the care given to prepare his food was very reassuring. Will definitely recommend this hotel.”

I was not very happy with the wedding party. Being a Muslim wedding. It was a very ordinary celebration. But I met Mr. Costa, he made me very happy. The food they prepared was very delicious. I will visit Mr. Costa again.”
