“Cannot fault this company, we had a kitchen fitted 8 years ago by them, everything was superb from the design to the fitting. Earlier this year we had a problem with the unit doors, rang Jonathan and he was out to look at the problem. Even though the kitchen was 8 years old he told us it was only a manufacturers 5 year warranty but because it was a manufacturing fault he would look into it. A few weeks later we have a new look kitchen, all doors and drawer fronts have been replaced by them. I would recommend this company to anybody, awesome. A massive thanks to all the staff especially Jonathan and Scott.”

“We popped into the store in Scunthorpe after seeing the website and not believing how good the prices were! The lady that served us was very helpful and guided us to the best option for us. She was not pushy and really lovely. We chose a base that needed to be manufactured and so delivery was just under two weeks. We had a phone call two days before and on the day to provide times, the delivery was on time and he brought inside which was a great help. The bed is divine! The base is quality, really solid for a divan base and the mattress is the best!”

We then ordered from an alternative supplier and when the goods were delivered found them not fit for purpose Before placing the order with blue ocean we called to speak to a sales assistant. The phone was answered promptly, the assistant was very helpful We placed the order, received a confirmation promptly. Received a call from the delivery company and goods delivered on time The tables are of good quality and ideal for our purpose. “Extremely well crafted and ever so comfy. I got the one with the 1000 pocket springs. I read one of the other reviews on here, somebody upset because they couldn't return a matress when they decided they wanted a different one. A matress is something you can't return if you change your mind because it's a personal item and other customers won't want it. Bed shops go out of their way to let customers try before they buy for good reason.”
