“We visited different nurseries (many private ones) and we chose Quarry Mount because the staff was friendly, the facility was modern and clean with a nice space outdoor. Really pleased with this choice. Our daughter is happy there. Even during the lockdown they posted a lot of videos and activities for the kids on FB and Tapestry. Highly recommended”

“What a fantastic place for kids this is! Best nursery in the area. Plenty of activities, animals, a lot of space and outdoor fun. You get photos of your child activities daily and you can trace the progress of your little one online, you also get a lot of feedback from friendly staff. My little one just loves it and I think he will be disappointed to leave this place when the school time will come.”

“We travel to Burn Bridge Preschool from central Harrogate as it only takes 10 minutes, and its worth the short trip as it is a lovely place to send your children. Staff are very friendly and helpful and my son is always excited to go there.”

“My husband and I recently moved to the area with our 3 year old little boy. Our son had never attended a nursery before so I was nervous and worried about him settling in. Thanks to all the staff at Barkston Ash, Jax settled in within a few weeks. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make parents feel reassured. Due to covid parents are not allowed into the nursery and hand overs are carried out at the main door. The staff have a mothering feel to them so hand overs are not as hard as I was thinking they would be. The first couple of weeks of attending Jax would cry when being dropped off. I would always recieve a telephone call within the hour reassuring me that Jax had calmed down. This was so nice as many parents can relate the hardest thing is leaving a child when they are sad. Barkston Ash provide the children with a 'Busy Box' which comes home with Jax. It is always filled with artwork which he has done. I love this idea! Both my husband and I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff. We honestly believe Jax has settled well with the move thanks to all the support he has received from everyone at Barkston Ash.”

“We are really happy with the quality of care our son receives at stockton lane preschool. The staff are so caring and friendly and they genuinely love their jobs. Our son's key worker has a brilliant rapport with him. He occasionally gets upset on drop off and they are always so responsive to him and help distract him and 2 minutes later he is playing and happy and having an excellent time as always. When we drop him off the preschool always has different activities set up and offers a variety of options for children to engage in during the day. There is a real sense of community with regular events and parties for the children. There are always themed topics and events to encourage learning through structured play. Children are encouraged to go outside and play in all weathers. We get regular updates from the tapestry app. We would highly recommend!”
