"So I walked out of here in tears on Saturday and I have tried to reached out multiple times and they refuse to make this right. They charged me $130 and my hair looked almost the exact same. We also discussed how little I wanted off my hair and they cut at least 3-4 inches. Ive been to so many salons and I’ve never been to one that did not care about what I thought about my hair and did not care if I was happy with it or not. I wanted my long hair for my wedding and now I can’t get that back. I also lost the $130 that I can’t get back since they refuse to try to fix my hair. I showed different people at the salon a picture of what I wanted. They said that they could do it but my hair looks almost the exact same as when I walked in just a lot shorter. I have before and after pictures to prove my service and that didn’t seem to make them care either. They also don’t seem to care that they’re losing multiple customers, including me, all of my friends that go there and my coworkers that will no longer be going either."
