"I haven't even been able to make an appointment. It says on the door walk ins welcome. I walked in and the woman said they were booked that it's best to make an appointment. I said that was fine even though it states walk ins are welcome I was willing to make an appointment. I've called at least 4 times over the past week and once even left a message stating my name and phone number so I could schedule. No one even picks up the phone and never called back. I've tried calling at differtimes as well thinking maybe she was on lunch yet no matter when I call no one picks up. I will be going somewhere else to get my hair done"
