Kroger Pharmacy

"Tonight I went through the Kroger pharmacy drive thru to pick up my meds. When I pulled up to the window I was waited on by a grouchy older women with an attitude. I had already had a bad day and this only made it worse. She was very rude and uncomassi9nate. I still was nice and said thank you and she never said a word, not thank you, goodbye, nothing. Come on Kroger you can do better then Suzanne the cashier did tonight!!"

"I have been going to this pharmacy since 2008 when we moved to Kentucky. I have not had one issue in all that time. Some of the pharmacists have changed from year to year but the service has not. There is a pharmacist there now named Joseph who is a young guy but understands how to deal with people and is also very informative. I will never switch places as they have won over my wife and I with consistency and professionalism. Thanks for all you do! Martin and Robin Alver"

"Absolutely the most frustrating place to fill prescriptions! I was here yesterday to pick up two, one was ready & the 2nd “I’m sorry your insurance won’t cover it until tomorrow”. When asked if I could pay out of pocket full price the tech was unable to give me a price & that I needed to return tomorrow. Here I am “tomorrow” and given the response from Charolette that “it’ll be here in 45 minutes”. When I asked why wasn’t I told that yesterday? She looked at me & said “you can just pull off & wait 30 minutes until it gets here”. So frustrating."

"My husband just went to pick up a prescription and buy more needles for our IVF shots. They absolutely refused to let us purchase them (although, this is how we have done it all the time. This is our fourth IVF, we aren’t amateurs) So, it’s Saturday and I’m 6 weeks pregnant, unable to take my progesterone for the weekend. Awesome call Kroger Pharmacist, hope this doesn’t cost me my pregnancy!!!"

"I've had multiple issues with this pharmacy. Half the time I call, I get very rude attitudes. Most of the time, they're time estimates take much longer. On more than one occasion when I spoke to someone on the phone they stated my RX was ready however when I've arrived they have told me it will be another 30-45 minutes. My latest run in is when they told me a RX was not covered by insurance. I told them to order it because I had a card from the manufacturer making it free. When I called the next day, they hadn't ordered it yet because it wasn't covered by my insurance. I'm thoroughly fed up and will be taking my RX somewhere else from now on."
