"After several attempts to find the RSV vaccine, I called the Clifton Kroger pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful and said, “come here now, no appointment needed!” Indeed I got the vaccine and it was the smoothest injection I’ve ever received. This was Sunday December 10. Thank you Clifton Kroger Pharmacist!"

"Pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful. If someone isn't at counter they will acknowlege you and say 'just a socond'. But the lady that answers phone when I've called the last couple times is rude and unhelpful. She speaks very 'flat' and does not acknowlege things. Difficult to explain but not personable and seems like your wasting her time. My script wasn't available and she just told me it needed prior auth but didn't offer any next step or advise me on what to do. I said I'd call MD office and no response. No, 'that's what you should do' or even 'okay', nothing, lol."

"5 months ago, probably best pharmacy in city. Last night after standing in line with a twisted up back, was told by CSR that my prescription was not ready, suppose to be ready at 5. At little after 6 was told that I was on wait list. Am I suppose to wait in that 8 deep line just to find out it’s still not ready? It didn’t use to be like this."

"Unfortunately i have had several bad experiences with this pharmacy. I moved back 5 months ago, and 3 of those 5 months they have been unable to fill my prescription. I get automated voicemails saying the prescription is filled and then it is not in stock when I show up to the store. They then send me to a different pharmacy all over Louisville every time. The pharmacist was really rude about it. Order the medicine when you know you have patients who have a prescription for that medicine there."

"Very bizarre experience. Doc called in refill around noon. I called automated refill line shortly after. Show up around 7pm to pick it up and the tech tells me it will be ready at 2:30pm the next day. I leave for a couple minutes and think that that was totally weird. Come back to counter and ask if there is any way i could get it tonight so i dont have to drive back the next day. i get the prescription in 5 minutes.... what?!"
