"Wow! An uptown hotel with down-home friendly staff. Beds, shower great. Very clean and accessible to main highway. Priced right, too. The ONLY place to spend a night in Pikeville."
"Motorcycle friendly location in downtown Pikeville. The building is dated and in the process of being renovated... but the room and service were excellent. The room was very clean, had a nice soft bed, lots of pillows, and all the conveniences you could want... Krueger coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board, work desk, free wifi, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful."
"I would not recommend this location as a place to stay. The room was missing a deadbolt lock, the rooms exited to an open air hallway along a service drive. This felt incredibly unsafe. So unsafe I walked out and didn't stay however they have charged me for the room. The room was loud from the nearby highway traffic."
"Hotel was currently under construction, and that added to the parking confusion. Room was clean, but no security latch on door, and it was an extremely busy area, and every time the elevator would open or close, the air vacuum would shake the door like someone was trying to enter. Shower had very little water pressure and the bathroom is so small, you have to go in completely in order to close the door."
"Located perfectly for my needs while visiting. Great, welcoming staff. Very accommodating for motorcycle riders! Room was comfortable and clean. Definitely will stay whenever I'm in the area again."
