"Absolutely hands down the best hotel there is to stay at in Pikeville, KY. Ive paid a fortune at the Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn Express and they are a disgusting mess. This is hands down the best you can find in Pike County, great Customer Service, Great Breakfast, Extremely Clean and Cozy all while being so close to everything. I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK"
"The beds are too high. There is no chair besides an office chair. The lamp in our room had no bulb in it and wasn't plugged in. There was no extra toilet paper we had to ask for more since the night we got in we had Very little left on the roll. I know it isn't the hotels fault, but the cable was out the whole time we were there. The breakfast didn't look that great. Luckily, there is a grocery store nearby with a Starbucks. The staff, though, were nice and friendly and apologize for the cable."
"Stayed there last weekend to attend my son's wedding. Rooms were nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is amazing and super friendly. The over night staff was so helpful and the early morning lady at the desk was so nice and made us fresh coffee when I told her we were driving back to Florida. They all deserve a raise."
