"Every drink from the soda machine has been dusty tasting for months.. almost like there’s mold in the pipes or something. We’ve tried all the fountain machines- the one inside and the one for the drive thru- it’s the same for all of them. Disgusting!"
"Sent my daughter in to order her food because there were so many cars in the drive thru. She waited 18 minutes for a Cheeseburger and small fries while I watched other people walk in, order and walk out with food. Once I walked in and said something to them they immediately made her order. Seemed to me like they ignored or forgot about her order. 18 minutes for a place that's founded on the speedy system is a joke."
"This McDonald’s is different from others because it has indoor play area for kids. The food and service is getting better after the pandemic. The atmosphere is beautiful in Middletown city."
"If 0 stars were an option I'd be using it. The food I receive is almost ALWAYS COLD and thrown together. Its not so cheap to eat here anymore, so you're taking a chance whether it's gonna be good or not. I'm annoyed I paid for a large fry because it looks like someone tripped on their way to putting it in my bag. Cheeseburgers are cold and have so much stinkin ketchup on them it gushes out when you take a bite. Goodness gracious. I know it's fast food, but they could slow down a sec to make it how they would make it for themselves."
