"Their items aren’t all stickered correctly so they’ll let you start your project and then come over and try to charge you more than you thought the piece was going to be once you’ve already started. Somehow you’re supposed to know that the item you started had the wrong sticker on it, and they act like you’re an idiot for not knowing they put the wrong price sticker on their own items. I thought I was painting a vase for $22 and once I began the employee came asking for the pieces sticker. I was confused because I added the sticker from my piece to the yellow slip. Turns out I had a $40 vase and they were trying to force me into that price but I refused because the sticker was wrong and I wouldn’t have grabbed it if I’d know the price was wrong in THEIR end. In addition to that you’ll get no education on how to complete your piece or technique. They leave you 100% on your own to figure that out, and don’t plan on asking any of them because you have to chase them down to get even your paint to start. You’ll sit waiting for help and paints at your table for 20-30 minutes. They provide zero guidance or information. My first time in they gave me no information to best practices for pairing your piece, where supplies were located, options for glazes. Nothing. They just said pick a piece, price is on the bottom (except apparently not because they have the wrong sticker on some pieces and you’re I guess supposed to know that and if you don’t, they’ll try to force you to pay more because of their mistake) and we were left chasing employees down the rest of the time trying to get help, more paint, etc. I’ll never go here again. Horrible business and service. I went 2 times to give them the benefit of the doubt after my first bad experience and both times were horrible service and experience. I walked out the second time. Wasn’t worth my time and I wasn’t going to waste my money. I would go to another company and use them. This place is so poorly managed, they’re dishonest and try to charge you different than what the item sticker was on the product you selected and you’ll spend hours waiting for them to help you or you have to chase down employees to get any help like we did."

"This place is awesome to hang out with friends and do some chill arts and crafts! The prices are a little high (my whale I made was 24 and the mouse 18) but considering it’s paying for the clay mold, the paints you use, and the fact they fire the piece for you and allow you to paint for hours at a time makes it worth it! The staff are all really sweet and easy to talk to! A lot of kids go here and they all interact super positively with them! Definitely recommend when you have a day off work or a summer break going on :) Update: only took 3 days to fire and pieces are shown in pictures I updated!"
