"The store is nice and everything is organized and well displayed. I've shopped at this location multiple times. The staff could be a bit friendlier. You could be the only customer in the store and they don't even say hello or make eye contact. Even when checking out they say nothing. It creates an uncomfortable tension which makes you want to leave. A simple hello to acknowledge a customer's presence would be nice and create a more welcoming atmosphere. But aside from that it's a decent store."

"I hate to be the person to give 1 star during a global pandemic, but never again will I purchase another product from this company. I placed my order early business hours of 3/31 to update my toddlers spring and summer wardrobe. There was a note that says due to covid-19, expect 5-7 business days for the products to ship, understandable? On 4/9 (8 business days) there was still no update on order status. 4/10 i attempted to call customer service where i sat on hold for over 30 minutes to no avail so i chose the option to leave a callback number to be called back when able. As you can anticipate by this review, that call back was never made. The products finally shipped the following day of 4/11 with an estimated delivery date of 4/16. Its currently 4/18 and my order has not arrived with no update. This, is not understandable nor acceptable. As i write this review, i have been on hold for one hour 7 minutes and counting with no signs of being answered."
