"Giving this a low rating because the girl I spoke with was friendly and able to communicate properly to customers. The problem was the quality of the food, which I was not the only person complaining this day. I waited for my food as it cooked “fresh”, and once completed, I paid and left. The reason I did not do a quality check in store is because they had a line behind me and already had a difficult customer after me. When I got home to open my pizza, the entire thing was not edible. Hard as a rock, and not made with any sort of logic or care. My kids didn’t even eat it. We spent $34 on pizza for this! What happened to Papa John’s? This was once a high end establishment that our beat the Hut or Dominos? I requested a refund for the pizza and have heard absolutely nothing back. I’m highly disappointed and will not order from here again."
"Just got carryout from this Papa John's for the first time. It was the most perfectly cooked Papa John's I've had. Speed was on point and the staff was extremely friendly. We even ordered one pizza with special sauce and cheese restrictions, and the pizza was made exactly as specified. Hard to beat a carryout special of 8 bucks for a large! Will definitely be making the drive to this location next time the craving hits."
