The drop box accepts a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own FedEx label, with a maximum size of 20" x 12" x 6". Drop-off times vary by location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options. To use the drop box, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, then print and affix the label to your package before dropping it off. Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location. If your package is too large for the drop box, bring it to the counter at a nearby FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, or grocery store location. FedEx also offers additional services at their nationwide FedEx Office locations, including packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours, cutoff times, and the ability to ship hazardous goods.
