"I had a discovery call scheduled with them, had the confirmation email and everything and they never called. I had emailed them asking for an email back to hopefully reschedule and never received an email back. I had also called and left a voicemail (no answer) and never received a call back. I had called the next day as a last effort and had talked to someone and they told me I’d be receiving a call back from Eric Grey (who does the discovery calls) and never received a call back. I’m very disappointed as they were highly recommended to me and I was really looking forward to working."

"Called and had a phone consult in November. I was told they were full but someone would be available to take new clients after the new year and I would be contacted in January. Very disappointed to have heard nothing back when the staff member assured me your clinic was different."

"I wish I would have been referred to Stephanie and her wellness team years ago. Everyone in their office is so professional, knowledgeable and they each demonstrate a great deal of integrity. Yes, there is a time and monetary investment however, for me personally, I had to decide to make time to truly understand what I needed to change to heal my own body. I was at a point where covering up symptoms with yet another prescription was not how I want to continue to manage my health. I do have a chronic illness that requires me to take a prescription nonetheless Stephanie and her staff have the experience and the willingness to provide necessary information and test results to me so my Neurologist is able to collaborate on a plan that is in my best interest. I am very impressed with this office and we are blessed to have IHHC right here in Hiawatha."

"Worst waste of time and money I have ever spent. Complete incompetence, way too expensive. No one was prepared for my results visit. They spoke to me like they had just seen my results, which I am sure they had. The Dr. rushed through the visit so fast, assuming to get to another appointment, that I left wondering what had just went on. The food coach was a joke and didn't know anything about what the Dr had just talked about. She also said that if you eat too much of one thing while on a leaky gut diet, you will not become sensitive to it. Well guess what happened. Receptionist is the most rude woman I have ever met. Stay away. You can find more on the internet than what they will tell you."

"I've been going there since she first opened her clinic. I'm very pleased with the thoroughness of the care I've received and my health has improved to an amazing extent with her help. I highly recommend the work she does. While I admit it has cost me more than what I've paid at other places, I feel it has been worth every penny I spent because of the way I feel now compared to before."
