Trauma survivors support in Muscatine, Iowa

The Mississippi Valley Child Protection Center, located at 1600 Mulberry Avenue in Muscatine, Iowa, is dedicated to preventing child abuse and supporting survivors. This year, they are excited to welcome Erin Merryn, a survivor and national advocate for child abuse prevention, as a guest speaker at their Celebrate Every Child event. Erin Merryn is a renowned speaker, advocate, and author who has been instrumental in passing Erin's Law in 38 states, which requires personal body safety education in public schools. She has been recognized by People magazine and Glamour magazine for her impactful work. The event will include heavy hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and live and silent auctions, with a cost of $75 per person. Additionally, there will be an online auction open from April 18 to April 25.
