North Lee County Food Pantry
Welcome to the North Lee County Food Pantry, located at 3421 Avenue L, Fort Madison, Iowa. As a nonprofit, all-volunteer, tax-exempt organization, we are dedicated to serving the needs of our neighbors in the Lee County area. Each month, we provide essential food assistance to over 500 families and 1,600 individuals, ensuring that those facing food insecurity have access to nourishing meals. Eligibility for assistance is based on Iowa residency and income guidelines set by The Emergency Food Assistance Program. However, even families who do not meet these criteria can receive limited aid, in accordance with the Iowa Department of Human Services. The Fort Madison Food Pantry is committed to upholding a strict non-discrimination policy, ensuring that all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or reprisal for prior civil rights activity.
