In addition to our online program, we also offer workshops in both Carroll and Urbandale. Pete, our experienced instructor, is also available to come to your group for personalized sessions.

As a gym specializing in kickboxing and martial arts, RoundKick Gym offers a unique online audio workout program that can be done from the comfort of your own home or while traveling, without the need for a heavy bag. With access to over 60 unlimited tracks, members can stay motivated and engaged in their fitness journey. In addition to the online program, RoundKick Gym also offers workshops in both Carroll and Urbandale, with the option for Pete, the instructor, to come to your group. The Urbandale location is conveniently situated east of Lincoln Hwy Pharmacy and Ace Hardware, next to Vape Ape. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, as well as Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, with additional evening classes on Fridays. For those unable to attend in person, Tuesday classes are available on Zoom.
