RoundKick Gym - Carroll Club is a health institution located at 907 Lincoln Highway in Carroll, Iowa, United States. We specialize in online, audio workouts that you can do from the comfort of your own home or while traveling, without the need for a heavy bag. Our program includes access to over 60 unlimited tracks to keep you motivated and engaged.

We will be accepting new registrations from August 1st to September 30th. In addition to our online program, we also offer workshops in both Carroll and Urbandale. Pete, our experienced instructor, is also available to come to your group for personalized sessions.

Our Urbandale location is at 4421 112th Street, and classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8am to 10am, and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 4pm to 8:30pm. We also offer Friday evening classes from 5pm to 7:30pm, as well as Tuesday classes on Zoom in Urbandale. Our classes run from September through May, so be sure to check the schedule for specific class times.
