"August 31 2022. Had a dog run me into the ditch. Front wheel destroyed, front brake not working correctly. My left hand was slightly broken. They repaired my bike quickly and inexpensively! They went to the extra trouble of ordering a matching front wheel! Awesome service! If only they could fix my hand. Great business!"

"I have purchased three bikes from Jerry & Sparky’s in the last year, and I’ve had my bikes serviced several times as well. Aside from an issue with my front fork needing warranty repair and taking forever (out of their control), the service has been good. They do take a little longer to work on the bikes than I would like, but it’s also a very demanding time. All in all, I will continue to do business with them as long as they treat me right."
"New to the Quad Cities area from MSP and was in need of a local bike shop that could repair and do tune ups on my Cannondale (CUJO) mountain bike. They are an exclusive Canon deal dealer so it made sense to go with them. The customer service was exceptional, the staff was friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, the parking is convenient and their selection of high-end products is great. Also their pricing is decent and I paid for them to do a full tear down and decreasing of my mountain bike which only cost me $150. Overall I had a great experience and I will go back to them again. The only reason they're not getting five stars is because I had to take my bike back after picking it up from being maintenance because the chain was skipping."
