The American Legion Memorial Building, located at 201-277 Poplar Street in Atlantic, Iowa, is a historic institution owned by the Atlantic Rock Island Society Enterprise (ARISE). This 501(c)(3) non-profit organization also owns the Rock Island Depot, which serves as the Chamber of Commerce for the city.
