Welcome to the Federal Public Defender's Office for the Northern & Southern Districts of Iowa, located at 101 West 2nd Street, Davenport, Iowa 52801. Established in 1993, our office is dedicated to upholding the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees the right to the assistance of counsel for individuals accused in criminal cases.
