"Uhaul switched our pickup location to Nico's Tires without our permission. Showed up to pick up our Uhaul trailer and they were closed even though we called ahead TWICE to confirm the time. Someone finally shows up, named Cesar, and tells me he will summarily cancel my contract with Uhaul when I tell him he needs to fulfill the contract immediately. Lazy and ignorant people that should not be in business. I am following up on the incident fully with Uhaul. They should sever all ties with Nico's Tires. Do NOT do business with these people."
