"I waited a hour and half just to be told they can’t do the alignment because it’s not safe to drive, then started throwing a parts cannon to fix. new spark plugs, oil change because no oil on dip stick, it was already been done at a different shop. Transmission oil change, new tires that are almost new you can lose a penny in the groves. new tie rods then new upper control arm that should have been told first that was missing a bolt. What a rip off $287 for new spark plugs just (4 plugs) on a V6 engine. I still fail to see how four plugs engine oil, Transmission oil change and newer tires along with other parts that have no loose linkage. ALL THAT FOR A $10 PAIR OF BOLTS TOO FIX."
"On my way home Tuesday during the snow storm I began losing air in my rear tire. I limped my truck to Firestone and found they were closed do to their system being down. I arrived the next morning when they opened and was greeted by a young man at the counter and a technician who were both courteous and very helpful. They assured me they would get it taken care of right away. They called mid morning telling me my truck was ready and had plugged the hole. Both pre and post repair interaction was a positive experience."

He was very knowledgeable and reassured me that their team could get me back on the road with safe tires the same day! Chad at the counter was also very helpful. "Very impressed with staff. While on vacation we Blew a tire on our 2023 Kia Sorento and found they had our size for our car. Arrived at 8:30 am on Saturday Veterans Day. They said they would fit it in. 9:30 received the call it was done. Counter folks were great and pleasant , very impressed with this facility. Thank you so much Ken Gammons."
