You've made sure to (not only) take accurate angular measurements & apply timed therapy... You (also) got your team involved "hands-on" as well. "Starting in March 2023 I had shoulder replacement surgery. I had the other shoulder replaced in July 2023. Between the 1st and 2nd and after the 2nd Tim Murphy worked on both shoulders. He is easy to work with and knows what he's doing. Sam, Mackenzie, Jayla and Jacob all have great customer "bed side manner". They are all very adept at helping you on the exercises, telling you what to do, how to operate a machine (when called for), which strength bands to use, etc. This is a very "family" place. Meaning they make you feel like family. There is a lot of laughter amidst the moans and groans of the exercises. Other patients have interacted with me (or maybe I did that to them) and it becomes like family, seeing the same on different visits. I originally picked this place because it was within 5 minute drive of my home. Initially I didn't know the people there but when I walked in for my first appointment and saw Tim (I had coached his younger brother decades earlier in baseball) I knew I would be in good hands. Sam always greets you with a smile. In my case she smiled more when I left (not sure what that was about). Mackensie was great at helping out and was very hands on when putting ice on my shoulder, oft times to the point of strangling me (Ok, that's a joke). My wife went to another PT place on the N/W side and even though I didn't go in to see them work with her it seemed very impersonal. I highly HIGHLY recommend this place for PT after your surgery. They know what they're doing and try their best to make it as comfortable for you as is possible. Physical Therapy is hard enough and there is going to be some pain. But working with these people make that hour go by quickly. But if you're not going to do the work at home also......well, you have to exercise at home."

Tim is gentle, super great bedside manner, and he puts you at ease. Jayla is such an amazing rehabilitation technician and I have always appreciated her care and attention. "I do not give high praise easily, but giving it for Eagle Creek Athletico is easy. I went there for post-knee replacement issues and I am very satisfied with the results. The facility is clean and bright. The physical therapists are knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone is over-the-top friendly, led by Tim, head PT and clinic manager. Office manager Amanda is great, and very accommodating with scheduling. And here's looking at Armon, my favorite assistant who I didn't get to talk to before I left.
